LOCATION/TOPOGRAPHY
Point Roberts is a 4.9 square mile
tip of land extending from Tsawwassen, British Columbia, in the extreme
northwest corner of Whatcom County, Washington State. It is bound to the
north by the Canadian border, the east by boundary bay, and the south and
west by the Strait of Georgia. The terrain of Point Roberts is very diverse
with open tulle land, heavily forests, and low, medium and high bank waterfront
areas. The elevation ranges from sea level to at maximum of 235 feet.

airport. It has a 2500 grass runway and is located at the southwest quadrant
of point Roberts.

but there are two public launching facilities available.
